NFL Baltimore Ravens Calendar Betting Odds & Analysis

NFL Baltimore Ravens Calendar Betting Odds & Analysis

Over the next few days, you can bet that a lot of people will be keeping an eye on the NFL headlines. The calendar has rolled over into the month of June, which means that teams are open for business in the new NFL season. What that also means is that big name players rumored to be on the move can now in fact make those moves. With that in mind, some fans are sure to hold off on making season bets before we know where all the chips fall, but for those of you ready to bet now, we are here to provide a season preview of sorts. For the purposes of this piece, we will be turning our attention to the Baltimore Ravens and looking at how things might play out for them in 2021. With all that in mind, let’s get right to it and dive deep into their 2021-21 calendar so you can start planning your bets against their NFL odds.

NFL Betting – Baltimore Ravens Calendar Odds & Analysis For the 2021-22 Season

The Ravens in 2020

The Baltimore Ravens headed into 2020 as one of the favorites to win it all. They had come off a spectacular season in 2019, winning 14 games before falling at the first hurdle in the playoffs. For fans of the Ravens, last season was supposed to be all about winning big again and conquering those postseason demons. In that regard, things proved to be a little disappointing again.

The Ravens, perhaps not surprisingly, saw a regular season drop-off in games won, going 11-5 and finishing 2nd to the Steelers in the AFC North. That got them into the Wild Card in the playoffs, where Lamar Jackson broke his postseason goose egg with a 20-13 win over the Tennessee Titans. It all ended a week later, though, as a trip to Buffalo to face the Bills in the Divisional Round ended in defeat.

Odds to Make the Playoffs and Win the Super Bowl

This offseason, the Ravens have been active in free agency as they try to put together a squad that will eventually take them over the top in the postseason. Their main rivals in the AFC North will most likely be the Cleveland Browns, as the Bengals are still in building mode, while the Pittsburgh Steelers look as though they might take a bit of a backward step this season, although you never can tell with that team. Games against divisional foes are always tough in the North, but you would expect the Ravens to still get the wins they need to be in with a shot at winning the division and getting the automatic playoff berth. You would also expect them to at least be in one of the Wild Card spots if they don’t win it. Here is what the bookies think when answering the question of whether or not the Ravens will be in the postseason:

Outside of the divisional games, the Ravens have some big matchups in the early part of the season, with games against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 2 and the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6 among the best. As always, they will close out the season with a game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in what could well be a game with playoff implications. I certainly like the Ravens to be in the playoffs again, plus I like them to win the division, putting up double-digit wins in the process.

Given what has gone down the past couple of seasons, there are still some doubts about the Ravens being a Super Bowl contender. Right now, the bookies have them at +1600 to win a championship this season.

NFL Baltimore Ravens Calendar Analysis In 2020

Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens (14-2 SU, 10-6 ATS) might have come up short of their Super Bowl hopes in 2019, but the AFC North residents had an eye-opening campaign for the ages a year ago and will enter the 2020 NFL regular season with some legitimate hopes of winning it all this coming season.

After posting a league-high 14 wins in the regular season in 2019, Baltimore has the the easiest schedule in the league in 2020 (.438). The AFC North plays non-division games against the AFC South and NFC East this season and that means Baltimore will take on five teams in those two divisions alone that did not reach the postseason in 2019. Now, let’s find out what Baltimore’s 2020 schedule looks like and how they should fare in each and every game.

2019/20 Baltimore Ravens Season Betting Info

This year’s NFL draft is going to be historic for the Ravens, primarily because Ozzie Newsome has stepped down as the Ravens’ General Manager. Eric DeCosta has taken over as the General Manager of the Baltimore Ravens, however, it’s said that Newsome will still have influence over team decisions.
