NFL Win/Loss Odds Analysis and Betting Prediction For Denver Broncos

The NFL season is less than three months away, and while we navigate this dead-spot in the offseason, it’s a great time to look at NFL win total futures.

One of the more intriguing teams in the league is the Denver Broncos. Denver offers some potentially strong value, given some recent news surrounding the team.

Let’s break it down, along with their win total and a betting prediction for the 2021 season so you can start planning your bets against their NFL Team Totals odds.

Denver Broncos Win/Loss Odds Analysis and Betting Prediction for the 2021-22 Season

Aaron Rodgers to Denver?

There’s no place to start other than with Aaron Rodgers. Rumors have swirled for weeks now that Rodgers wants out of Green Bay.

One of the most popular landing spots floated around is in Denver, where the team doesn’t have a long-term answer at quarterback.

It makes sense when you consider Denver’s roster. The defense was a top-five unit last season, strong across the board. The offense has plenty of pass-catching weapons, a strong running back group, and a strong offensive line.

Images of Peyton Manning winning a Super Bowl with the Broncos also comes to mind – Denver has shown they will pursue a proven veteran for a chance at a championship.

This remains speculation for now, but if it comes to fruition, you won’t get these odds again.

Denver’s Win Total and Super Bowl Odds

You can bet Denver futures on MyBookie today, with current Super Bowl odds at +2000. These odds are up there with some of the best teams in the NFL, already inflated from the Rodgers rumors.

The Broncos win total over/under is currently set at 8.5 wins for the season. Remember, there are now 17 games in the NFL regular season.

Denver’s 2021 Schedule

The Broncos are in a competitive AFC West, so they will draw the Chiefs twice, along with the rising Chargers and the Raiders.

Thanks to finishing in last place a year ago, the Broncos have a favorable schedule overall. A complete list of teams they will face in 2021:

  • Chiefs (x2)
  • Chargers (x2)
  • Raiders (x2)
  • Steelers
  • Ravens
  • Browns
  • Bengals
  • Washington
  • Giants
  • Cowboys
  • Eagles
  • Jaguars
  • Jets
  • Lions

Drawing the NFC East and the Jaguars, Jets, and Lions could very likely be seven wins on its own.

The Bengals shouldn’t be an issue, and they should be able to win at least three division games against the Chargers, Raiders, and Chiefs.

Betting pick: Take over 8.5 wins on the season

What if Rodgers Isn’t Traded to Denver?

While a lot of the hype above is slightly under the assumption that Rodgers joins the Broncos – this Denver team can be competitive if he doesn’t join them.

Their quarterback competition as of this writing is between Teddy Bridgewater and Drew Lock. Bridgewater would likely win the job and has shown some potential the last few seasons.

Aiding his cause is a loaded receiver room. The team has 2020 first-round pick Jerry Jeudy leading the way, along with Courtland Sutton, who had over 1,000 yards in 2019 and missed last season due to injury.

Rounding out the group are Tim Patrick and KJ Hamler, along with above-average tight end Noah Fant.

Defense wins championships, and Denver had one of the best defensive units in the NFL last season. That core remains intact and drafted cornerback Patrick Surtain in the top-ten this past draft, who many regarded as the best defensive player in the draft.

The Broncos should be a good, competitive team even without Rodgers this season. If he does end up in Denver, look out, NFL.

Denver Broncos Regular Season Wins (2017 NFL Season)

  • O 8½ +100
  • U 8½ -130

After dropping to nine wins and missing out on a playoff berth one year after winning Super Bowl 50, there is big change taking place in the Mile High City heading into 2017. The Denver Broncos have a new head coach in former Miami defensive coordinator Vance Joseph and will look to improve an offense that has left a lot to be desired the last two years, even in winning Super Bowl 50.

Denver Broncos 2020 Scores

2019/20 Denver Broncos Season Betting Info

After the retirement of the beloved QB, Peyton Manning, the Broncos really haven’t found their dream team. However, with their offseason moves so far, they look like a team trying to find their success. Joe Flacco, former QB for the Baltimore Ravens, was acquired through one of their two fourth-round picks of 2019. With their gains, they’ve also experienced their share of losses including; Bradley Roby, Billy Turner, Matt Paradis, and Shaq Barret. The real moves to watch during the 2019 NFL Draft are in their defense.

After all, they’ve already acquired Bryce Callahan, who was the breakout star for the 2018 Chicago Bears. It will be interesting to see how the rebuild and if they can get back to that Super Bowl team they once were. We offer the latest Denver Broncos Game Odds, Broncos Live Odds, Team Totals, Spreads and Lines. The latest Denver team stats, NFL Futures & Specials, News & other info on the Denver Broncos.
